Take butterflied shrimp and stuff each with 1/2 oz of crab meat. Wrap each shrimp with one piece of bacon. Skewer bacon and crab meat to shrimp with a toothpick. Put shrimp in a pan and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes (until bacon starts to brown). Transfer shrimp to broiler and cook - turning a few times - for a few minutes (just enough to mark bacon & transfer charbroiled flavor to shrimp). Ladle jalapeno white sauce along bottom of plate and place shrimp on top of sauce tails facing up (shrimp are parallel to each other). Remove toothpicks from shrimp. On left side of plate place twisted lemon wheel and sprig of parsley. Be sure that bacon is cooked through before serving.
